First time in California...gotta say, I likes it!! It's totally ruining my broody, emo-depressive schtick, San Diego is. Weather is perfect, people are either friendly or spaced-out, which is totally cool with me.
To those of you who have to work this week (project managers of the Midwest, network engineers, graphics artists, cage dancers, )...rest assured, I am thinking of you as I take my leisure.

It sounds like San Diego has you in its spell. Friendly, spacey people, huh. I haven't had the pleasure of their company since I left Arizona. Now that is a state that can put a smile on your face just by hearing its name. Cool. It is nice to read that you are happy, Deaf.
